Quest Link is very reliable for me, VD is easier to setup, but can artifact a little bit(wi-fi 6 router over wall) although still very stable.

I don't even need to controllers to enter VD and see my actual desktop and launch games. Headset is charged at all times and image is totally smooth. I would even say that latency is a tad lower than the native Meta USB solution.

For Quest 3 I exclusively use virtual desktop... With this setup though, it's absolutely amazing. The image is clear, and driving without a wire for sprint races or some practice feels great.

correct its like air link but works like a charm, has several useful features and some pretty rad environments for replays, movies, etc didnt think I would use them but I do. Its a powerful game changing piece of software.
