Cons

• Have you considered a Varia VS6 with the additional burr options? Varia had several QC hiccups with the first batches of the VS6, but they seem to have resolved
• I would however check out the rather extensive thread on the home espresso forum re. The VS6 grinder. Quite a few QC problems are discussed there.
• The Varia VS6 having the dual compatibility was an attraction for me for this very reason but it has its own drawbacks like propriety burrs and adjustment knob will sometimes shift during grinds.
• In the end the reports of alignment issues and general crappy reliability of the lot of them lead me to a second hand Niche Zero for £450 and a K6 hand grinder.
