Varia VS3

Pros

• I’m a fan of VS3 with hypernova ultra burrs.
• I love my Varia so I think the grinder is fine.
• Varia VS3 is a great choice too at $260 (you can upgrade burrs too).
• Yeah I’ve heard good things, my friend has the VS3 and rates it.
• Varia VS3 is around $260. Great option and easy to change burrs later.

Cons

• I was tempted to get the vs3 but cable having the massive power brick is a deal breaker
• The varia vs3 sucks. Cheap china motor i now use my comandate c4.
• The Varia's conical burrs tend to create really muddled cups.
• The vs3 just seems to have a weak gear box and the gears are prone to stripping.
• I have heard of people having issues with the VS3. It’s a good grinder when it works but it seems to be prone to failure.
