Pros
- 4000km on my van Rysel from Decathlon. Paid 30€ and it's been great..
- even if the Van Rysel is pretty good value as well!
- Search for second hand bikes or Van Rysel, it has some cheaper models
- Some more affordable ones that you can check are Triban and Van Rysel from Decathlon
- Also check out Decathlon and their Van Rysel kit, they’ve really upper their game on cycling kit and have some decent reasonably priced kit.
Cons
- Yeah van Rysel medium is super small.
- Stuff like Van Rysel has been nowhere near the 59cm as advertised (more like a 57cm.)

I’ve heard good reviews about the triban, but I kinda like van rysel aesthetic more tbh
Van Rysel bikes are very goog price/quality wise.
I like Van Rysel & Pearl Izumi, but any decent brand depending on where you’re located will work.
Here in France best bang for buck for new bikes is Van Rysel by far.
The Van Rysel one has decent reviews for what it is
