I really hope Valve becomes a example for other companies to learn from that when you treat the consumer well, they will reward and be loyal to you.
But Valve just do the OK (and good!) things that are desired by their users and suddenly they have a good platform built on 20+ years of doing that. Considering they were the first with the online store and game-activations it's very intersting where we are now where I will proudly say thank God for Valve.
