Too many days in Valparaiso, La Paz and Medellin imo.
I've heard Valparaiso is cool but if it were me arriving from Aus I would just relax in Santiago for the first two nights. This will be your only opportunity on the trip visit nice restaurants and bars--If you find the right spot they'll even make you a Peruvian style pisco sour!

For me, doesn’t make sense spends 3 nights in Valparaiso! This one it’s like a day trip, or if you really want to enjoy the beach, one night.
