It's not that your entry gets you three tombs out of the 20 that are open. It's that each day they select three tombs to be open to the public. This is to limit moisture (from breath and sweat) and visitor numbers which damages them. The tombs you'll get to see are sheer luck. If you want to see others, you have to go back another day.
