I also used this company and it was good (11 years ago now so take that for what it is), I just booked when I got to Uyuni for the following day. Driver only spoke Spanish, which was fine for me, but I had to translate for the entire car for 3 days which wasn’t the most fun.
This is always what discourages me from going there; from California it's so awkward to reach Uyuni.
All I can tell you is that Uyuni was by far the most incredible thing I have ever experienced. It quite literally took my breath away. Not sure what time of year you’re going, but the salt flats with water on them is something I will never stop telling people about. 100/10
