Utah National Parks

Utah national parks have a lot of Asian tourists. SLC has a sizable Asian population.

Great time to visit Utah national parks.

Great time of year to do Vegas + Utah national parks. You can do a loop that takes you past Zion, Bryce, Arches, and then back down into Arizona to see the Grand Canyon, then back west to Vegas.

Other options would be Chicago, or a week visiting the Utah NPs, or tacking on to your NYC trip with visits to Washington DC, Philly, or Boston.

Originally we planned two options: 1. Utah National Parks road trip (Zion, Bryce, Arches, etc.)

We are seven-continent world travelers, and the best trip we ever took here in our home country was a road trip covering the five national parks of Utah. Jaw droppingly beautiful and extremely unique. You really feel like you went somewhere outside of the states. In addition to the great natural beauty, there were quirky roadside attractions, stunning, sunrises, and sunsets, local color. It wasn’t that expensive, and it doesn’t have to be strenuous if you don’t want it to be. Utah for the win!

Utah has state funding to keep the parks open even if the federal government is shut down. Some services/staff may be reduced, but the parks will be open.
