Pros
- I took unisom and b6 together. I was nauseous my entire pregnancy and it helped cut it down to being more manageable.
- Unisom really helped me. I didn't take it during the day...just a half at night and it seemed to make things slightly better the next day.
- Of course, it's not a supplement, but Unisom puts me out (doxylamine succinate), but I don't like to use it often.
- Zofran in the morning then unisom at night, along with the maximum dosage of colace 😅
- Last night I was just desperate for sleep and I don’t know if this was smart but I always take magnesium and melatonin, but I also took a unisom which is an OTC sleep aid with my 5mg melatonin and I passed out about 30 mins later only wo...
Cons
- Unisom helped with nighttime but it was very strong for me. It felt like I took 5 niquils. I only used it sparingly.
- Most recommend vitamin b6 25mg and unisom (doxylamine succinate). Unisom can make you drowsy so I take it at night.
- Unisom is another one it's an off the shelf sleep aid that contains the sleepy ingredients used in nyquill but it will screw up your brain if used long term.

The only thing that seemed to slow it down was to take unisom (doxylamine as the active ingredient) with a B6 vitamin every night. Since you can’t take any real anti-nausea medication that early, my doctor recommended this to me and it worked wonders.
Mine suggested I take unisom and b6 and that helped me a lot
Unisom is recommended by many doctors along with b6 for nausea! Absolutely safe.
After that I took unisom at night and it got better over time
