If you’re interested in Fedora but you don’t want to deal with the post-installation steps, take a look at Ultramarine. It’s basically Fedora with everything setup out of the box.

Choose Fedora KDE (or Ultramarine if you want the Fusion repos out if the box) of you just want everything preconfigured.
Ultramarine is downstream Fedora with drivers and Codecs included, if you don't want to do a few minutes of post-install config.
