I've never bought a ULA pack (I stick to Canadian brands by and large) but they always impress me and I'll prob be heading to them for a winter pack for "carrying two quilts and pads" volume
Other S Tier pack makers are ULA and Nashville Packs.
Amazing shipping very fast, item was very nice but they have odd shaped 's' shoulder straps that didnt fit me, emailed their support and owner replied instantly and its on its way back for refund
100% I did so much research and really wanted to love the ULA. There was no way, even with their help, it was going to fit me.
ULA makes quality products, but that doesn't mean the backpack will fit you.
I just sent mine in for a super minor issue, just the frame holder loops tore off. I sent them a picture describing the issue first and they said they’d repair it for free. I just had to ship it. It’s worth contacting them and just asking. They responded quickly
For reference, I sent my bag in because the haul loop tore out after a year. They repaired it no problem. I don’t know if your situation is the same, but they are responsive. They will get back to you.
