I live in Houston and haven't tried this one yet and I find locals recommend Pinkerton's over really popular places like Truth.

Truth was the second stop on our BBQ trip this week after Bar A BBQ. Went to the Houston location as Brenham is closed on Wednesdays. Food was amazing, the sides really stand out here. This tray was $120 with tip. Highly recommend for anyone who is rolling through Houston, it truly lives up to the hype.
