Pros

  • I recommended transition because their suspensions are tuned to be "playful" and you mentioned wanting to hit jumps.
  • Transition will be more reliable.
  • Leaning towards the transition because I know their a good brand
  • I have a Patrol fwiw, and would 100% recommend Transition as a company. It’s awesome, and handles everything I throw at it.
  • If money is no issue and you want the best off the bat, of the bikes, I'd go transition.

Cons

  • My experience with the transition enduro bikes I’ve ridden is that they are not fun to pedal up and not as playful as other bikes on the way down.
  • The only common complaint I've heard on transition is paint coming off. Their frames are great. Also, if you did have any sort of issues, they have excellent customer service

as far as I know, transition is probably the easiest company to find parts for their frames. BB is a 73 Bsa, and the headset is common size. Seat post isn't weird size

The Transition Relay also uses the Fazua motor but Transition has a good reputation for taking care of their customers.
