Pros
- Too Many Bones for something on the heavier end. Tons of dice rolling fun though.
- I've played a fair amount of Too Many Bones and haven't had any issues like this.
- For instance, in Too Many Bones, misses give you a resource for using an offen strong and flexible set of powers. Some dice have various unpredictable, but (mostly if not totally) useful effects.
- It is made by Chip Theory Games and boasts the highest quality components of just about any game in my collection. The perfect packaging, presentation, and components makes it acutely joyful to handle and play with. ... I'm enjoying it a...
- It’s one of my all time favorites.
Cons
- It's a fun game, but I literally need to make more space and that's the one that needs to be cut. And I just can't.
- I'm enjoying it a ton. But for the high price tag I cannot give a blanket recommendation. Merely said that if you like what you've heard then this game does it better than any other I have played in the genre so you probably should grab it.
- The "big boxes" I don't like are the ones like Everdell and Wingspan and Too Many Bones, where the boxes are intended for like 40 expansions and they're so unwieldy that it's hard to do anything with them.
- we have some experience with heavier games (Gloomhaven, Too Many Bones, Spirit Island)

If you are okay with a lot of upkeep, then maybe Gloomhaven or Too Many Bones
