In 14 days I did Tokyo (Kamakura day trip) -> Kanazawa (Shirakawa-go day trip) -> Kyoto (Uji day trip). think your itinerary is really rushed. You’re going to spend a lot of time traveling between places.
Liked Tokyo and Kyoto the least, liked Hiro the most, Osaka and Hiro are more laid back.
Visit Japan especially Osaka and Tokyo. Their restaurants are setup for solo dining, they expect it due to how solo the Japanese population is.
