To kill a mockingbird literally changed me, so I’d go with it.

so far for this class i read to kill a mockingbird which i liked but i think would’ve been really confusing if i wasn’t reading it with the class

To Kill A Mockingbird. It’s a blend of so many things and so wonderful to read. Coming of age. Social commentary. Humor. Drama. Mystery. It’s an elegant and perfectly told story.

All the male adults in To Kill a Mockingbird are realistic to me Atticus Finch, the sheriff, bob ewell, Tom All feel realistic in their parts and don’t read like what Harper Lee thinks men think, they just exist as men

You may be a bit young yet to dive into postmodernist literature, but if you want to challenge yourself and have some patience, you could really get a jump stat by reading Dubliners by Joyce. ... To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Gatbsy (or Tender is the Night), If Beale Street Could Talk, and Beloved are all incredible as well.

I just read To Kill A Mockingbird this year for the first time, which I had been avoiding forever (it's a long stupid story,) and obviously I loved it so much and was like why on earth did I wait so long to read this.

Finally read it for the first time a couple years ago, no wonder Capote was jealous!!
