• I received my analog hydrometer from Amazon and took several readings over the course of a couple days from the barleywine (which tastes lovely, btw!) and they all very closely matched the Tilt sensor's reading (off by, at max, 0.01)

Cons

• And yeah, the cap was insanely difficult to get off. I caved and bought the official tool, and even then it took several sessions to finally get it to budge!
• Tilt and rapt are known to give odd readings and not be terribly accurate.
• I had an awful time unscrewing the Tilt to get the old battery out, but I've not bad any problems with these ones.
• I believe it’s because Tilt has the lockdown on Ehydrometers
• If you are using a Tilt or other digital floating device, they are notoriously inaccurate when there is or was kraeusen, so check the SG with real hydrometer.
