Thunder Road: Vendetta

Pros

• The Choke is the best board. It creates such a fun interaction of having to slam your way through a hoard of cars. ... Everyone had tons of fun playing it, and I do enjoy it a lot the more people there are.
• Harmonies, Coffee Rush, Thunder Road Vendetta, Spooktacular, the recent Ra re-release if you haven't played it are all games released recently that I'd call medium-light that are probably worth checking out.
• Thunder Road: Vendetta - Combat + "Ameritrash"... (and have played so I can personally vouch for them as well)
• Thunder Road: Vendetta Mad-Max style racing, with lots of crashing and explosions.
• its a game where you have to truly embrace the chaos and is great if you want to experience Mad Max haha.

Cons

• Possibly Thunder Road Vendetta.
• Left me unimpressed tbh. Too fiddly, turns are too long as a result, and fun slips through the cracks. I have the Max Chrome version and am contemplating selling it.
• I had a big miss with the game. I was taken out in the first quarter by a series of extremely unfortunate variables and haven't really wanted to go back
• I grab the [base game] from the library. I play it with my group and it was... fine? Forgettable? I couldn't understand what the hype was around this game.
• The base game maxes out at 4p. One of the expansions included in MC adds two more special teams, but tbh I won't p on any it at high player counts. It's already a bit too long at 4p.
