Threads (film)

Pros

• although many of my Japanese friends post a lot on Threads as well.
• Threads, Exorcist, The House That Jack Built, Salo - worth watching, has artistic values in them.
• I was going to suggest you to download Threads (kind of like a Korean version of Reddit) and replying to people’s posts there.
• Threads is also must-see and lays out plainly the horror of nuclear war and why it must be avoided at all costs.
• Threads ruined my day, and right before I watched it I was like: this film everyone says will ruin your day will not ruin my day! No regrets though, everyone should watch it once at least. It should be mandatory to show it in schools.

Cons

• All the way through it I was like "god this is VERY 1980s bbc drama, I don't know why everyone is still saying how amazing this film is, it's like watching reruns of terrible 80s bbc dramas. This is rubbish! What's the hype about? I don'...
• Threads, the BBC movie from the mid-80s about nuclear war. You thought The Day After was frightening? Threads makes TDA look like a happy stroll through a sunlit meadow.
• Last year I took twitter, Bluesky and threads off my device (they’re only on my laptop now although I’m ignoring the first one) so I can only scroll through Reddit before I get up.
