The Resistance: Avalon

Pros

• At 6-7 players featuring 2 "casuals".... maybe give some of the team based ones a whirl (if not already) like codenames, the resistance, mysterium, or Obscurio a whirl.
• They love: •Catan •Flip 7 •Hot streak •Marvel champions •Tapple •Avalon •rummikub
• However, if budget isn’t an issue, The Resistance offers more role variety when you have all the expansions. In the end, it really comes down to which theme you prefer, they are both great.
• Try audio/verbally trackable co-ops: Just One, So Clover!, Wavelength, Telestrations (call out drawings), Werewords/20 Questions, The Resistance, or Hanabi with a “caller.”
• Try Avalon and The Resistance. They're fairly easy and can run from 5 players.

Cons

• sometimes we are 7 or 8 and games like Avalon haven't had a good reception.
• Or you can play with all of the characters that comes with Avalon (and puts the game head and shoulders above vanilla The Resistance)
• Games I Dislike and Don't Play: I dont like games like Avalon
• I’d be weary of the Avalon. It may need a hybrid battery sooner rather than later to the tune of a 1-3K. Otherwise all solid options.
• the first game we bought is Avalon and quickly we realized that it was an issue bc we can’t play alone or with another couple.
