Overall, I really enjoyed the game and it did scratch that itch, even if it had a few issues here and there. I hope they come up with more of that stuff. It's not Until Dawn, for better or for worse, but I do feel like it has its own strengths. I definitely recommend it.

The "tarot cards", this game's version of the totems, were absolutely fucking useless, lol. Not only do you need to look REALLY hard for them, but also...you will probably not get any valuable info from them.
One more thing that needs to be pointed out is that I got several performance issues in critical moments. Frame rate drops, a few momentary freezes, nothing too serious, but some *did* get bad enough for me to not be able to follow what's happening.
Fun little game that does try to make good use of its cast (until it doesn’t). I feel like the last few chapters just kinda bring the game down, if only because of the lacklustre reveals and irritating ending.

I think of all the Supermassive games in this style (The Quarry, Until Dawn, Dark Pictures Anthology), this is their 2nd best work. It doesn't beat Until Dawn, but it's still a solid game.

I ended up just watching a YouTube video of someone else playing it quickly to get the story, which I actually found interesting. But playing it bored me to death. Reply: They're a type of game that I'd probably get bored of pretty quickly playing on my own, but I've had great fun playing them with my girlfriend and I think would be perfect for an evening or two of beers/smokes with a friend/group.
