Tenacious Tape

Pros

• It’s a little stiff but it’s damned good. I’ve used it on jackets and it’s withstood a dozen or so machine washing a drying cycle over 15 or so years.
• But have you peeled some of the Tenacious Tape from the stiff paper backing? It doesnt have that rubbery or stretchy feel, but more loke nylon or polyester fabric. It is very flexible my experience.
• Tenacious tape- one piece on the inside, one piece on the outside
• Tenacious Tape can fix anything!
• For the short term you can use tenacious tape for fix the windows.

Cons

• Yeah tenacious tape is definitely stiffer than what you're describing.
• The fabric style repair tape is much more flexible. The smooth one is better for shells, not soft fabric, so peeling make sense.
• The Tenacious Tape I have right now is like this thin, smooth, plastic sheet with zero stretch, zero vinyl-ish feel, and feels like it has no hope of flexing with the fabric without having the edge start to peel away immediately.
• I’ve tried tenacious tape (taped on both sides) and their replacement mesh patches too. They never would stay stuck for me.
