Pros
- 2 years ago: templater
- I write everything on markdown while I was in class using key plugins like: - Templater
- Templater - For standardizing and easier workflow
- Templater, TTS Edge and Calendarium.
- I’ve hopped back on and solely eased in by doing it pluginless initially then slowly integrating QOL basic plugins with minimal overhead/hotkeys, slowly using slightly more advanced stuff for automated tasks I already feel comfortable do...
Cons
- JavaScript triggered by Templater.
- It's using loads of dataview scripts for custom functionality, chartjs for data visualization and some other helper plugins (like templater).
- However I do have that installed and it's set to impress a template on every note I create throughout the whole vault, but it doesn't seem to work with +New in bases yet
- I was going to say that this year I actually got rid of most plugins. I didnt have many to start with, but I removed things like dataviewer, templater, remotely save and some other...
- I am honestly too lazy to program them even with templater, so I rather integrate it with a recipe manager.

I’ve hopped back on and solely eased in by doing it pluginless initially then slowly integrating QOL basic plugins with minimal overhead/hotkeys, slowly using slightly more advanced stuff for automated tasks I already feel comfortable doing like auto note mover or templater.

Use aliases and you’re doing even better (and I used templater to ensure my notes have a properties section in each so I remember to make them).
Get "Templater" and create a simple template you can use for the dissection of the notes.
