Tascam Model 12 works great for this.
Model 12 is a tool I cannot recommend enough. I use it as a performance mixer and multitrack recorder. My tracks come out clean af without much effort. ... Mutes and solos are all there for performing, some great effects, sub mix out I use for sending any or all inputs to a sampler, click track out goes to side chain, midi out to keep time, midi clock gets baked into track too, one pot compressor limiters are fantastic. ... The flow is so smooth and simple it’s so easy to record a track from a jam. ... It’s indispensable.
