Take Sydney Australia, see the harbour, go on a ferry ride across the harbour to Manly beach, eat seafood, maybe on the beach at Manly or at the Fish Market.
And of course Sydney, which is the best city to visit.

Sydney is wonderful! Spent a few days there a couple of years ago and the Opera House was stunning in person! The food scene alone is worth the trip!
I live in Sydney and for some reason noticed the other day just how amazingly green the city is. Large trees are all over the place. We have heaps of parks. Even side streets just outside in the inner city/CBD are full of trees.
Sydney over New Year is great, but it’s also the busiest and most expensive time of year. Lock accommodation early if you haven’t already.
