Couple that with Sucre being an amazingly relaxed city and we had a great time.
I am currently in the process of writing travel guides for each destination but would definitely recommend Samaipata (small mountain town), Sucre (amazing city) and Uyuni (the Slat Flats really are something).
We visited La Paz, Salar de Uyuni, Laguna Colorada, Potosi, & Sucre. We loved Bolivia!
