Spectra

Pros
- The Spectra is generally the “gold standard.” The blue has a battery, pink has to be plugged in.
- Also make sure to use a workhorse pump like a Spectra, not a wearable (they tend to not work well for a lot of women).
- I use the Eufy when I’m driving, but personally I do not get the best output with it compared to my Spectra.
- The spectra was great for pumping at home but I didn’t respond well to the wearables unless I used them a bunch of times in a row. I had very consistent pumps with my spectra.
- I use the Spectra for my main pump and Eufy as a wearable when I need to. Both have been great for me.
Cons
- I have a spectra and a momcozy9 wearable so I am wondering should I wear a nursing top to work everyday to make it easier to put them pump in?
- A *slightly* more covert one that the previous attempt with Anzu (for the Mavic 3 Enterprise/Thermal) and Spectra (Mini 2 SE and Air 3). The later literally said "The Specta Mini Drone, a licensed derivative of the DJI Mini 2 SE" 😅
- For a main pump, spectra for a wearable I’d do eufys. Eufys completely empty me and are a very good option for me when I cannot use my spectra (to be fair my spectra hardly works for me)
- Unpopular opinion: I hated the spectra. It never emptied me despite trying 6 different flange sizes and I had to pump on the lowest settings or else I was in pain. Also got mastitis from pump inflammation
- I can physically feel my brain about to snap and toss my stupid Spectra out the window.

Spectra is great and most of the time covered by insurance. If you get the choice, get the blue one over the pink one (wireless function).
The Spectra is everything. It saved my supply. I live in Canada where it's not available, went through the hassle of getting it and I'm so happy I did. I was about to give up on breastfeeding because my supply was so low, baby had a tongue tie and was not taking enough. No matter how much I tried to pump, I couldn't increase it. Purchased the Spectra and it was an absolute game changer.

Spectra without a doubt. You can get wearable cups that attach to it (I got mine from Legendairy Milk) but it’s the best quality one out there
