Pros
- Southern Spain, Portugal, or Italy are normally great around this time if you’re wanting to stay in Europe
- Or a similar set of activities across southern Spain. I really enjoyed Cadiz and Seville for the environment and food and people and I assume op speaks Spanish so that's a plus
- southern Spain is a very good idea in Autumn, Winter or Spring as there are less tourist, you find very good prices for Hotels etc. and the weather is not to hot and not to cold.
- Southern spain or southern Portugal will give you both nicer weather and cheaper prices.
- Southern Spain, Greek Islands, Croatia, Italy and Southern France are really nice. Good food, warm, historical architecture.
Cons
- Spain is amazing but tru the food is mid
- Southern Spain will be very hot in late August so prepare for that or doing things later in the evening.

Personally i love southern Spain for its history and culture, so in general I’d go there. But in February/march it’s not that hot down there. So if u want to go see the cities and experience culture go to Spain, but if you wanna have good weather, mexico or doing both might be a better choice
