Pros
- South India is legitimately a safer and more comfortable space for women who are traveling, especially alone or in small groups.
- I believe that the south is far easier than the north, Goa and Kerala are pretty easy relaxed places.
- I think you should try South India as well.....It is equally beautiful
- North India has more interesting historic sights, south is more clean and warmer though during Nov/Dec
- South India and east India are generally much easier and welcoming.

South India is pretty awesome as well!
Either go to South or North East India. If you really want to got to North India, you could go to Ladakh through a flight but Ladakh is a cold Desert, extremely beautiful, but in November winter is starting and Ladakh is one of the coldest places on earth. It will be a true adventure in both good and bad ways.
