• Have always had a love / hate relationship with the name Hiro Protagonist from Snow Crash.
• Snow Crash. It's a cyberpunk parody, but for some reason has a bunch of nonsense conspiracy Sumerian history thrown in. Like a really excessive amount. And also a sex scene I could have done without. It's "good", except for when it isn't...
• It is a foundational novel of the cyberpunk genre and it might be worth finishing from that perspective alone, if that interests you, but life is short. You're not feeling it, move on.
