Skyblivion

It seems like the Skyblivion devs aren’t afraid to go beyond remaking Oblivion, but actually wish to rejuvenate it, too. I love that.

I think there is still a case to be made that Skyblivion is worth peoples time but it's definitely a harder sell now.

Personally I haven't played Oblivion OG or the remaster, and I'm most excited for Skyblivion because it sounds more promising. It looks like a total rework than just a graphical remaster.

this is an impressive effort. I've always looked forward to it.

This looks amazing and will be worth the wait. People look at this the wrong way imo. I would rather it take more time and be the best version it can be than to push out a release for a stupid deadline.

They're putting in quite a lot of effort compared to what most people think of when they hear "We're going to put Oblivion in Skyrim"

Glad to see them keep going and powering through all the hurdles. I'm sure ut will be all worth in the end.

I’m waiting for this to release before deciding to buy the remaster of Oblivion. This could very well be better and not even cost me anything.

I really loved the Oblivion remaster but this looks so much better. The added details and environmental storytelling of each area is so much better, the overhauled cities look fantastic (especially Anvil and the Gold Coast) and the overall visuals and art direction feels a lot closer to the aesthetic of the original than the remaster.

Honestly excited for this. Found oblivion remastered great but the open world and dungeons were pretty underwhelming and definitely showed their age so looking forward to seeing what this team has done
