Shutter Island. Maybe the twist isn't so surprising, but it's like watching two completely different movies if you see it a second time.

Shutter Island is perfect for this - it's got that psychological thriller vibe without being too heavy on the sci-fi stuff. The twists will mess with your head in the best way

For example I've just finished Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane (narrated by Tom Stechschulte), and while the book is awesome, and the narrator did a great job conveying the 1950's atmosphere thanks to his style of voice delivery, I had to put more effort to keep up with narration.
