Using the ScreenZen app to limit my social media app time has really helped me with focusing on things that matter. The fact that I have to pause ten second and ask myself why I'm wanting to open the social media apps. I'm getting so much more done because I'm pacing myself.

I reccomend ScreenZen. It allows you to block apps in any pattern you like. Only allowed to use it once for 30 mins? No problem. You rather use it three times a day, for 15 mins each, but there has to be at least a 10 min break in between? Sure, of course, totally doable.

ScreenZen 100% You can pay for it once if you want to help the dev. Just realizing how habitually I opened certain apps after using it made me take some off of my phone.
