Given the certs you already have, I would hazard to say you can skip the SC-900. Your foundation is pretty solid at this point.
I would do SC-900 first, then work your way through sc-300
That said, the SC-900 exam is also much cheaper. I wouldn’t waste the voucher on it. Either just shell out the $100 for the SC-900 exam, or wait until one of the many opportunities for a free foundational voucher come up.
SC-900 can be studied and passed within a week. SC-200 will likely take you a few months with no experience.

Considering your lack of experience in the field or in any role, I'd say that a fundamentals certification makes the most sense.
SC-900 and SC-300 are an excellent choice. Even if you don’t end up doing IAM they leave you with a good basis and good options to choose from once you’re done.
This week I passed my SC-900 I do feel like the AB-900 was way harder than the SC-900.
I thoroughly enjoyed doing the SC-900.
