SavvyNomad user here. Is it perfect? No. Does it work? More or less. Been using them for 6+months and there's a bit of a learning curve. ... They give you a "real residential address" but you cannot get mail there. You use this for your new Florida license which works great. I also use this address for Robinhood and various banking...but if they send an mail it'll just be sent into the void so you won't get it
If you want a real residential address, no vehicle requirement, and zero banking issues, only two companies deliver: VirtualPostMail and SavvyNomad. ... For SavvyNomad, they only accept "official" mail at the RV park address -- as in, the mail item has to be from the government, IRS, or they also accept physical credit/debit cards. ... they use online notaries, will file a declaration of domicile for you, and also guide you through some other important steps when changing your domicile, like notifying the IRS about your change of address. Finally, they have CPAs on staff you can ask questions to.
I've used them and the reviews are very good. You can also book a video call with one of the founders at any time, which is neat.
With SavvyNomad, they give you a residential address at a RV & MH park that is not a CMRA address.
