Sassicaia

Pros

• But the more expensive wines like sassacia for example i get way better pricing here at the lcbo. I think it was a 21 or 22 sass and it was 300ish euro where I can get it here for 289 cad.
• Love Sassicaia! Expensive but worth it in my view.
• Sassicaia is nice. Always.
• If I compare this to the other Aias (Sassicaia, Ornellaia), I'd say it's a tiny notch below Sassicaia, but in line with Ornellaia.
• If I'm ranking the Aias, I'd say Sassicaia, Solaia, Ornellaia, but all can be amazing.

Cons

• And... the wine lists that include only the well known brands: Sassicaia, Ruinart, Cristal, Lafitte, d'Yquem.... How boring is that approach??!!
• Sixth hour the wine started to taste like a thinner Sassicaia.
• My personal best wine experience ever. This over any ‘Super Tuscan’ including Sassicaia.
• Definitely not the anise/clove hint I get from Sassicaia.
• Having not enjoyed Sassicaia, I approached with some trepidation, but Tignanello was a revelation I needed.
