Samsung S9FE all the way. I've used s7FE before and recently upgraded to Galaxy tab S9. The samsung notes is good for note-taking in class. The tab also comes with an s-pen, unlike xiaomi, where you need to buy its pen separately.
I think the fe build fit and finish is superior to the Pad 6. It's a copy of their flagships and pretty close at that.
