Samsung Tab S10+ is really what you're looking for. Can be found for under £700 brand new on eBay and at other stores. You won't find a better display or stylus pen for drawing on any other android tablet for the price so it's kind of a no brainer if you have the money. Samsung has a good desktop mode and accessories too so great for document creation and meetings etc.
