Pros
- Saddleback is amazing. Their guarantee is legit too.
- Saddleback, Saddleback Jr and Horn.
- Rangeley is more “touristy” because it looks like a hallmark card town sitting under the behemoth known as Saddleback.
- Pros - couldn’t find a better made bag with a better warranty. Indestructible. Very expensive but you can find them cheaper on the 2nd hand market. As the more they are used the better they look, 2nd hand is a great option. Con - expens...
- They’re ridiculously overbuilt and heavy… I love them.
Cons
- It was really good thick leather, but it getting way too heavy for commuting on the train and walking around the city. Went back to my filson.

Pros - couldn’t find a better made bag with a better warranty. Indestructible. Very expensive but you can find them cheaper on the 2nd hand market. As the more they are used the better they look, 2nd hand is a great option. Con - expensive and larger bags are heavy.

I own saddleback stuff too and they very clearly talk about how it is made in Mexico.
Saddleback is one of the worst things thats happened to the leather industry. With LOADS of misinformation about their product, and they straight up moved all of their production to Mexico and neglected to mention that in their descriptions. They've lowered material quality, year over year, and raise their product prices every year.
I have a Saddleback in the same color for at least 12 years now. It was so stiff in the beginning but it has broken in so well over the years and just gets better and better!
I’ve got a saddleback that is about 10 years old now and it looks great, no issues at all. Super good wallets!
