Lima, Cusco and the Sacred Valley are all great and the food is some of my favorite in the world.
Head straight from Cusco airport to the Sacred valley and stay there for the first couple of nights. Sacred valley is at circa 2700m, Cusco at 3300m which makes all the difference.
I loved being in and around the Sacred Valley.
I went straight to Cusco to acclimate for 3 days. I was fine, my friend was not and a couple people on our hiking tour had to back out
And if it doesn't work out, just check out the sites around Cusco and around the Sacred Valley since you're there anyway.

We flew into Cusco from Lima and immediately headed to the Sacred Valley for a night. From there we went to Aguas Calientes and stayed 1 night before heading to MP. Then we backtracked to Cusco for another 3 nights.
I would have more time in Sacred Valley. Your itinerary is a bit disjointed here. Pisac and Ollantaytambo are both there, combine them over a couple of days instead of heading out from Cusco each time.
For two weeks and you want to chill, i would base a family for the majority of the time in the sacred valley. Pisac is more touristy than Urumbumba. I liked Urumbumba & Calca better.... its perfect for chilling...
I liked Guatemala, but the Sacred Valley was fantastic.
