The Galaxy Tab and S Pen don't make any noticeable noise.

I do read that Samsung has the best android stylus implementation without much serious disagreement.

Both Apple Pencil and S Pen have good pen performance. So the actual user experience will vary depending on the apps you use.

As for me, I tried both devices at a shop and I have to say that, for note taking, on SamsungNotes, the Spen was just WAY better. Lighter, too.

SPen feel is better for me. Apple Pen feels like you are writing on glass. ... Spen feels nice to write even without paperlike screen.

I find the S Pen better than Apple Pencil as well.

The included S Pen can be used for drawing, as a remote control, and probably additional functions that I haven't tried yet.
