Pula, Rovinj, Opatija, Motovun and day trips to Brijuni and Plitvice will fill a week just fine.
Rovinj is our favorite town in Croatia. Be sure to have lunch in Motovun.
Go to Split for a couple days, then over to Hvar. Then head up the coast to Zadar or Primosten. Make your way to Rovinj.
