One more thing worth mentioning is I've also had audio issues - mainly in the form of audio pops / cutouts. These have been reliably reproducible and mainly occur when transitioning into new areas through specific doorways - notably the door in the Attic that Leon must pull the bar to unlock that transitions you from the fat guy boss area into the hallway that leads the first warped closet door you can open. And now, every time I replay the section and enter the cutscene where Leon is tied up in the chair in the Attic my headphone audio completely cutsout, requiring me to unplug, then plug back in the USB cable from the back of my steelseries headphones hub in order to get audio back.

I’m having constant micro-freezes in Resident Evil Requiem and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.
