reMarkable Paper Pro

Pros

• Remarkable paper pro is 11.8" and the Boox Tab X C at 13". I think those are the biggest color screens available.
• I kinda like the remarkable paper pro move design and size.
• Parent context: How's the OCR for handwritten to text? Reply: I think it has on board OCR, which is really good a bit slow perhaps but works quite well.
• If it's PDFs, I love the remarkable paper pro! I read papers on it and it works great. The stylus feels like your typical wood pencil on paper.
• I use a Remarkable Paper Pro (the color version) for handwritten notes. ... I have settled on what is (for me) a better approach: I rewrite my handwritten notes by typing them into Obsidian on my desktop computer.

Cons

• It's beautiful, but too big and locked down for my use case. :(
• Some tablets use gallery 3 technology that is slight better for color, but it's way slower and also are more focused in note taking like remarkable paper pro. And most importantly, not Android.
• If you now want to look at how it looks, look for the reMarkable Paper Pro.
• I would have really loved to see reMarkable with a sale on the Paper Pro Move. Guess we'll have to wait a year. :(
• I tried the reMarkable Paper Pro and I didn’t like the color feel on e-ink screens; I prioritize good contrast.
