Just finished Red Dragon by Thomas Harris and it was genuinely the most terrifying non paranormal novel I’ve ever read. It gave me nightmares and one scene in particular stuck with me so badly I still get goosebumps thinking about it.

Red Dragon by Thomas Harris scared me pretty good. I read it all in one night so I'd say I was glued to it lol.

It’s so rare for me to be actually moved to discomfort and horror like I am with Red Dragon.

On the topic of serial killer killing that is actually spooky, I recommend Red Dragon. Sells the prospect of impending death as good as anything.
