Quartz

Pros

• It's super fast to load and easy on the eyes, very extensible. Requires a little dev experience though.
• Also quartz on Cloudflare for publishing.
• Similarly, learning to schedule jobs in either Hangfire or Quartz is essentially the same as learning Cron for PHP. They're also both better than Cron because they basically are cron with extra features you can use if needed.

Cons

• Quartz - Overly complicated to set up, but might be the one I go with for custom websites.
• I'm using Quartz. It was a bit hard to learn. But I got it up and running in 8 days. Considering it was during work and I had some requirements that made things.kre difficult, you could make it faster.
• On safari any quartz site seems to load every page as a blank until you refresh once. Otherwise I’d consider it.
