• One thing not mentioned is the four Priority Pass memberships each with restaurant access and 1 guest. If you’re like me that has AUs on other cards for the purpose of giving family members lounge access, this is very valuable.

Cons

• Priority Pass sucks.
• I think common consensus is that Priority Pass lounges outside of the US are amazing, while PP lounges in the US are not.
• PP sucks in US but is nice out of US
