I have Bilt, CSP, Amex gold, and just got the VX.
When we got ours, I had read a tip about using an app called Bilt. It not only had the instructions to build it, but they were better than the OEM instructions and the steps each had a 3D model that could be zoomed in on. Helped incredibly because everyone looked shocked at me being able to assemble it so fast and solo.
I have the Bilt card and enjoy the points experience from it. There was a rough 1.5 year period it was my main card, and the points I earned on it were enough to cover my flights for just over a year.
I also have Bilt and CSP, along with CFU. I use Bilt for rent mostly
Bilt is just giving away VC money to buy market share. Abuse it while you can but don't delude yourself that it could possibly last.
