I second pork bun, very good service.
Porkbun. You can provision sub-accounts or give developers access. They have consistently low prices and no shady practices. UI is dead simple (if dated), and you can manage hundreds of domains in bulk.
Porkbun. Very cheap, very easy for managing DNS if that's what you want (or, input your host's NS records if that's how you want it set up).
Porkbun is another option that gets a lot of love around here.
